Sold us a bike that was way too big then refused to exchange after admitting there fault. They eventually exchanged the bike but with one of lesser value and it still was not fitted properly and needed new bars put on. If you are new to biking, do not trust this bike shop to sell you a properly fitted bike. We did not get one apology or even see the owner who was present the entire time. Just recently found out by a better shop that the person who put the bike together did it very poorly or didn't know what they were doing at all and was on the sales floor already when we got it!
Wonderful service, Morgan my sales man (give him a raise;) talked me into a wonderful Specialized brand 27.5 Comp Fattie set me up perfectly on it and taught me what I needed to know. Excellent shop with a great selection of parts, tools, accessories and who can forget some kick ass top notch bikes. Definitely my new regular shop.
