DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST FOR ANY REASON. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR FLOWERS. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. THE PHONE PUTS YOU TO A MESSAGE SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN FULL FOR 4 DAYS. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS AND THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THE FLOWERS HAD BEEN DELIVERED WHEN THEY HAD NOT.

Even ordered well in advance. This company could not deliver a bouquet locally on Valentines day. Very expensive order with guaranteed delivery and did not honour any aspect of the purchase order. Refused refund or voucher. Very rude.
I do not have any complains about the quality of the flowers. If you choose to deal with Amy's Florist I recommend you do all of your transactions online. If you call them you will speak to a very rude man. He seems to work there every single day. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and they didn't deliver them. I called the day after Valentine's Day to make sure they received my order. He told me that they had my order, but they didn't have my credit card information (even though my online account has my credit card information on it, and my account says I used the credit card to pay for that arrangement). I was not rude at all to this man, and he said (this is not a joke, or an exaggeration): "I do not want to deal with you." I couldn't believe this. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something, but I don't understand how an employee can tell a customer he doesn't want to help him.
